The BeAware Foundation is a self-motivated organization dedicated to creating a community wherein the members are resilient and informed about mental health, self-defense skills, legal awareness, physical well-being, and nutrition. We belief that every individual deserves to live a life of self-esteem, safety and confidence, and this is what BeAware Foundation is committed to, empowering individuals to take control of their lives and building a stronger life.

What We Do

Deeply emphasized on enhancing the life of the people, and equip them with valuable knowledge, resource and skills, so that they are able to face challenges in everyday life with confidence.
You have already got the idea why BeAware Foundation was established, here’s how it works and operates on the following core areas to address the fundamental needs of the community.
In today’s chaotic world, where mental health is a serious concern, we try to break the disgrace related to mental health like stress, anxiety and depression, and provide the support they need. Here’s is how we can help the individuals having serious mental health issues:
Workshops and Counseling: To help individuals manage their emotional well-being, workshops and counseling sessions are arranged with a mental professional, who is the founder of this organization having 20+ years of experience. The individual will be able to manage stress, learn how to use mindfulness techniques and coping mechanisms.
Support Groups: Safe spaces are created for individuals who can share their experience with someone who is facing similar problems.
Awareness Campaigns: To reach the masses, awareness campaigns are organized by BeAware Foundation, educating the individuals about mental health, and why they must seek help, if needed.

Legal assistance
Maintaining your physical health is one of the vital sources of leading a healthy life. The aim of BeAware Foundation is to promote fitness and healthy lifestyle:
Fitness and Wellness Camps: To emphasize on the fitness and wellness of the individuals, physical well-being camps are organized, individuals can take part in physical activities, stretching exercises, and other fitness practices to imprve the strength and stamina.
Health Check-ups: Health check-ups are suggested every month, for the ease of the individual’s free health camps are organized wherein free check-ups and consultations are provided. This will help individuals to be aware and maintain their physical health.

Holistic heath and nutrition
For maintaining the physical and mental health, taking healthy nutrition is very important, so to fight against malnutrition, BeAware Foundation educates the masses about healthy eating habits.
Nutritional Education: Letting the community around us know the important of balanced diets, comprising of vitamins and minerals, and how to make choice of food wisely.
Food Distribution Drives: In collaboration with some local partners and funds provided, programs are organized to provide nutritious food to the underprivileged community.
Workshops: If possible, different types of workshops are conducted related to eating nutritious food. For example providing ideas how to prepare a healthy meal within a low-budget, especially for the lower section of the society who cannot afford much it will help them to cook food with locally sourced ingredients.
Providing self-defense training is one of the most important programs of our foundation, because we know how important it is, for individuals who might have to deal with unwanted situations. Our self-defense programs include the following, where members of every community, despite their age and gender can attend:
Basic Techniques Training: Attending such classes will let individuals learn about the basic self-defense moves and help them face dangerous situations, if arises.
Confidence Building: Apart from training the individuals the fundamental self-defense techniques, the self-defense programs also helps to build mental strength and confidence. Always keeping the individuals alert and affirm about handling life threatening situations.
Safety Tips: The individuals are educated how to keep themselves aware in different situations and which strategies to apply to avoid the incoming dangers.

Advocating Against Crimes
This is one of the important cause for which the foundation was started, addressing the crimes or abuse against women and children. These issues have been one of the uprising concerns in the society, which have been deeply affecting the society and require immediate attention to eradicate it. BeAware Foundation takes proactive actions on such issues by:
Raising Awareness: The foundation works aggressively to eliminate crime against women and children by conducting workshops and public campaigns, and addressing the issue in the social media platforms. Crimes like abuse, domestic violence, and trafficking are deeply highlighted to eradicate from the society.
Supporting Survivors: The survivors who have suffered such heinous crime are provided legal aid, counseling and even rehabilitation services, this will help them to recover and rebuild their lives.
Collaborating with the authorities: We work together with the authorities to make sure that policies are developed and legal practices are followed to protect the vulnerable group.

BeAware Foundation has worked towards helping countless people through their efforts, from helping children from molestation and abuse to women facing domestic violence. Our hard work might bring a change to the society and strengthen their lives, every one of them being able to stand on their. The individuals can focus on empowerment rather than dependency; we believe that everyone out there has the potential to fight against heinous acts and bringing a positive impact on the society.

Transforming the society towards living a positive and happy life what we aim to provide, by addressing on key issues like mental health, self-defense skills, legal awareness, physical well-being, and nutrition. Our committed to transforming the lives of the people are reflected in the milestones that we have achieved over the years, here are the stats, mentioned roughly to let you have an idea:
Mental Health Programs: We are not bragging, but more than 5,000 individuals have benefited from our Mental Health Programs and counseling sessions conducted. Around 85%-90% of the individuals reported better stress management and emotional stability. We especially welcome youths who are facing Mental Health problems.
Legal Awareness Campaigns: More than 3,000+ women and children are being educated through legal awareness campaign, enabling them to know the legal rights they have, in crimes related to child abuse, domestic violence against women, etc.
Physical Well-being Initiatives: To emphasize on the fitness and wellness of the individuals, physical well-being and health check-ups camps are organized, our initiative has helped 2500+ members to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Nutrition Support: Taking healthy nutrition is very important, so to fight against malnutrition, BeAware Foundation conducts nutrition programs, educating the masses about healthy eating habits. Around 4000+ underprivileged individuals have shown a positive impact.
Self-Defense Training: Attending Self-Defense Training classes has helped individuals learn about the basic self-defense moves and helping them face dangerous situations with confidence; our program has empowered 1,800+ women and children.
Support for Crime Survivors: Through our legal aid, counseling, and rehabilitation support, around 300+ crime cases against women and children have been addressed.
The achievements that have been highlighted are our efforts to rebuild the lives of the society and strengthen their lives. We believe together we can focus on empowerment rather than dependency, creating a safe environment.
